CloudJaguar Travel, a product of CloudJaguar, provides GDS and API access to accredited travel agents and agencies. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and service, and how we use it.

• Application details: when you apply to become an agent, we collect your company name, contact name, business email, phone number, country, business type, and the travel products you are interested in.
• Account details: if you create an account, we store your email address and sign-in credentials (passwords are stored securely and are never visible to us).
• Usage information: we record basic events such as when an application is started or submitted, so we can understand how the service is used and improve it.
• Advisor queries: if you use the partner advisor, the text you enter is processed to produce your comparison and is not published or shared with other agents.

Website receptionist chat messages and voice-call transcripts are saved privately for administrator review. Raw call audio is not stored by CloudJaguar Travel; AI services process conversations to generate responses.

We do not sell your information to third parties.

We share information only where needed to run the service: with our hosting and database provider, with the suppliers or GDSs you choose to connect through us (for example, to verify accreditation), and with professional advisers or authorities where the law requires it.

A secure visitor cookie gives this browser access to receptionist history for 30 days. Clearing it removes browser access but does not delete saved records. Contact ade@cloudjaguar.cloud to request deletion of receptionist records.

We keep application and account information for as long as your account is active or as needed for legal and accounting purposes, and we use industry-standard safeguards to protect it. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to prevent unauthorised access.

You may ask us to correct or delete your information, or to close your account, by contacting us through cloudjaguar.cloud. Some records may need to be kept where the law requires it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its date.
