Terms of Service

CloudJaguar Travel, a product of CloudJaguar, is a business-to-business distribution service. We provide accredited travel agents and agencies with access to travel content — flights, hotels, car rentals, buses, trains, cruises and holiday rentals — through Global Distribution System (GDS) connections and supplier APIs.

We are a technology distributor, not a travel agency and not a seller of travel to the public. We do not book, ticket, or sell travel directly to travellers. All bookings are made by the accredited agents who use our service, under their own accreditation and their own terms with their customers.

The service is available only to businesses — travel agents and agencies that hold a valid, current accreditation (such as IATA or IATAN) or an equivalent licence recognised in their market. By applying for or using an account, you confirm that:

• you act on behalf of a registered business, not as an individual consumer;
• your accreditation or licence is genuine, current, and in good standing;
• the information you give us in your application is accurate and kept up to date.

We may verify your accreditation and decline, suspend, or close accounts that do not meet these requirements.

• You are responsible for every booking made through your account and credentials.
• You must comply with the fare rules, supplier terms, and ticketing time limits that apply to each booking.
• You are responsible for your own relationships with your customers, including refunds, schedule changes, and customer service.
• You must keep your login credentials and API keys confidential and tell us promptly if they are misused.
• You must not resell or share access to the service with businesses that are not accredited, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Fares, rates, and availability shown through the service come from third-party suppliers and GDSs and can change until a booking is confirmed and ticketed. All prices on the service are quoted in US dollars (USD) unless we state otherwise. We do not guarantee that any particular fare or rate will be available at the time of ticketing.

Access fees, transaction fees, and payment terms are set out in your agreement with us or shown in your account. Fees are payable in USD. We may suspend access if agreed fees are not paid on time.

You must not misuse the service. This includes:

• speculative, fictitious, or duplicate bookings that violate supplier rules;
• scraping, caching, or redistributing content beyond what your agreement allows;
• attempting to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls;
• using the service for anything unlawful or fraudulent.

Suppliers may debit us for misuse of their content (for example, agency debit memos). Where that misuse came from your account, you are responsible for those charges.

We work to keep the service reliable, but it depends on third-party systems we do not control. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may suspend parts of the service for maintenance or supplier changes.

To the extent the law allows, CloudJaguar Travel is not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including lost profits or lost bookings — arising from use of the service, supplier system failures, fare changes, or schedule changes. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time and will post the current version on this page. Either side may end the relationship with notice as set out in your agreement; we may suspend access immediately for fraud, misuse, or loss of accreditation.
