Dear Expedia Rapid Partnerships Team,

I am Omo'ba Ayotunde Adebayo-Isadipe, founder of CloudJaguar Travel, a CloudJaguar service focused on distributing GDS and travel API access to accredited travel agents and agencies worldwide.

We are not applying as a direct-to-traveller booking website. Our intended model is B2B2B: CloudJaguar Travel provides authorised supplier connectivity to accredited agency customers, who manage their own clients and travel sales.

I am IATA/IATAN accredited through TESBookings.com. Please advise whether that existing accreditation can support the proposed arrangement, or whether CloudJaguar Travel requires separate accreditation, registration or credentials. We are not assuming that accreditation automatically permits redistribution or ticket issuance.

We would like to discuss Rapid API eligibility for a B2B2B agency-distribution model and the contractual permissions for onward accommodation distribution.

Please confirm:
1. Whether you support our B2B2B model, including agency sub-accounts and onward GDS/API distribution rights.
2. Company, accreditation, licensing and agency-verification requirements.
3. Sandbox credentials, API documentation, certification and production onboarding steps.
4. Available markets and content, supplier restrictions and agency-level access controls.
5. Fees, minimum volumes, search limits, deposits or credit requirements, and whether billing and settlement in USD are available.
6. Who is responsible for ticketing or fulfilment, payments, changes, cancellations, refunds and agency support.
7. Data protection, permitted data use, branding requirements and any white-label restrictions.
