Founded CloudJaguar Travel and runs it day to day. Also runs TESBookings.com, an accredited travel agency.

Planned to strengthen oversight of supplier connections, security and platform reliability.
Non-executive Director — commercial
To be appointed
Planned to support supplier negotiations, pricing and agency growth.
What the board is responsible for
- Approve the annual plan, budget and any change to the commercial model.
- Review supplier and GDS agreements before they are signed.
- Oversee accreditation checks, data protection and record keeping.
- Review financial performance against the plan each quarter.
- Decide on raising funds, taking on debt or opening new markets.
